Are these paintings oil or acrylic paintings?

All paintings provided by Arts Berry are high quality oil paintings made by professional artist.


What is the quality of paintings that Arts Berry provides?

The quality of paintings provided by Arts Berry is excellent. All artists that Arts Berry hires are professionally trained with many years of experience in the art industry. They know exactly what our customers desire. Therefore, we ensure that you are going to be satisfied with our paintings.


How long does it take personalized painting to be finished?

Depending on the canvas size, personalize paintings are usually completed within 4 to 5 weeks after the order has been send. However, this is only the suggested time. To confirm the actually time, please send an e-mail after your order at service@artsberry.com.


What is the estimated delivery time for U.S. or Canada?

The estimated delivery time is usually between 1 to 2 weeks, after the painting is completed. This includes time for us to install the frame that best fits your painting and to make sure that your painting is packed well to prevent any damages.


Is my credit card number and personal information secured during the online ordering process?

The security of customers' personal information is obviously our highest priority. The personal information given to Arts Berry online is always processed through encrypted protocols over secure pages, making electronic theft impossible. By taking extreme measures to produce confidence in online purchasing we ensure that our customers have a safe and secure experience with Arts Berry. In addition, your credit card information is all processed through Paypal. No confidential information is ever given to us.


What is the Arts Berry return policy?

If you are not satisfied with our paintings, you can return any undamaged modern and classic paintings within 30 days after it has been purchased. We will give your money back or store credit guaranteed. However, personalize paintings cannot be returned, but you can sent it back to us for modification. Customer must pay for the shipping cost of all returning paintings.


Can I combine two different photos into a single canvas?

Yes, as long as you specified in detail how you want the painting to be done and send an e-mail to us with both images attached to it. Our professional painters will produce the result you wanted.


How can I place an order?

Click the "Order" button on the main navigation bar on the top of all web pages and process though all required steps.


Do you have lager canvas or special sizes?

Yes, however, you have to contact us with e-mail arranging your order of a special size canvas. In addition, the cost will be slightly different than the standard price depending on the canvas size. All this can be arranged by e-mails.


Is a digital photo required for the ordering process?

Digital photo is only required for a personalize painting.


Do you have discount for multiple painting orders?

Yes, with any orders over five paintings in one shipment we have a special discount; however, this can only be arranged by e-mails, service@artsberry.com.
