Live Check
Online Live Check function allows you to check the status of your painting progress in your Arts Berry account. The easy to use Live Check function provides a different experience and gives you full understandings of how your painting currently looks. This function is given to all online customers with an Arts Berry account.
Painting Stages
There are five stages throughout the painting process in which you will be given pictures of your painting for review. The stages are described below:
Stage 1. Original Photo: After you placed an order, you will be able to see the photo you uploaded.
Stage 2. Painting Sketch: Our artist will first draw a sketch, and you will be able to see this online.
Stage 3. Base Layer: A base layer will then be painting.
Stage 4. 80% Done: Your painting is now near completion. You may leave comments to make changes.
Stage 5. Complete Painting: You will confirm your painting after you are completely satisfied with it.
Live Check Example
This an example of our Live Check showing what a user will see at different stages of the painting process. The bar on the top indicates the current stage. User will be able to see a picture of the painting and add comments for the artist to make changes. Artist might also post response to a user's comment. Finally, the user will click on "Confirm" after he or she is satisfied with it.
How it Works
With Live Check, you will be able to see preview pictures of your painting online. You can easily make as many changes as you want by submitting comments for the artist within your account. After you are completely satisfied with your painting, you will confirm your painting and it would be then packed and shipped to you.
Painting View
The main function of Live Check is Painting View. Painting View, which is regularly updated by our artist, allows you to see the current look of your paintings (see the above example). Moreover, you can also view the previously uploaded pictures of your painting, and request for changes at anytime.
User Action
In your account home page, the User Action section reminds you the action that needs to be done. There are three actions that need to be done by you throughout the painting process. First, you must pay 20% of total cost. Then, Arts Berry will start your paintings. When the painting is completed, Arts Berry will remind you to check the painting and confirm or make modifications. After the final painting is confirmed, you would need to pay the 80% balance payment. Finally, the painting will be shipped.
100% Satisfaction
If in any way you are not satisfied with the final Painting View of their painting, you can request for modification with no extra cost. You can specify what and how you want the change to be made. This is part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee to our customers.
