Ordering Information

Painting availability
With the wide range of paintings that we carry in actual stock, we try our best keep every single painting available for our customers; however, we cannot guarantee this. Once a modern painting is brought, it will not be replaced until another order comes in. Therefore, it will a few weeks for us to remake a similar copy of that painting. This will affect our shipping and delivery time. With our classic painting, once it is sold, it will be replaced in a short time frame. However, from time to time some classic paintings will be temporary out of stock due to large demand.

If the item you purchase is temporary out of stock, we will inform you with an e-mail explaining the situation. If we do not your painting in stock, our artist will immediately paint the art piece, which you desire. This will extend our delivery time by a few weeks and again you will be contact through e-mail.

Processing Time
Our standard processing time for all orders is approximately 5-10 business days for painting in stock (modern and classic). For personalize paintings, this process can take up to four weeks after you placed the order. To get an accurate idea of the total delivery time for your order, processing time + shipping time = delivery time. Shipping time for all North America orders shipped is 1-2 weeks (No Weekend Deliveries). Shipping time for international orders shipped is 3-4 weeks.

Order Verification
After you order any paintings online, we will send you an e-mail which will breakdown all charges and give you the total amount of your bill including all shipping charges and sales tax. Then you can choose different types of payment using the world’s most advance online paying system, Paypal. After the payment has been completed, you will receive your painting within the delivery time.


Privacy Policy

Our product is sent though mail. Therefore, if you purchase any item from Arts Berry, it is necessary for you to provide some personally-identifiable information including e-mail address, name, address, phone number, credit card information. The information given to us is kept secure in a database, which only Arts Berry employees have access to.

As for the visitors of our website, we don’t require any personally-identifiable information from them unless they voluntarily provide the information to us. However, we do encourage our visitors to submit their e-mail address for future promotion information. More on privacy policy.


Return Policy

If you are not satisfied in any way with our painting, you may exchange any modern or classic painting or return the item within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. You will receive a refund of the cost of the purchased item(s). However, you may not return personalize paintings.

The refund will be processed after the item to be returned has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer must pay return shipping charge.

Return authorization
